Step 1: Meat Ko Achhe Se Marinate Karein

  1. Ek bowl mein dahi, adrak-lehsun paste, haldi, lal mirch, dhania powder, garam masala, lemon juice, aur namak dal ke mix karein.
  2. Chicken/mutton ko isme coat karke fridge mein 2–4 hours (ya raat bhar) ke liye rakh dein.
