Cooking Process:

  1. Rice Preparation: Pani ko boil karein, thoda salt daalein aur 80% tak basmati rice ko cook karein. Fir strain kar ke side rakhein.
  2. Marination: Mutton ya chicken ko dahi, ginger-garlic paste, haldi, red chili powder, aur garam masala ke saath 2–3 ghante ke liye marinate karein.
  3. Cooking the Meat: Ek pan mein ghee garam karein, onion fry karein aur marinated meat daal kar achhe se bhun lein. Thoda paani daal kar meat ko dum par rakhein.
