Step-by-Step Recipe

1️⃣ Yakhni Tayyar Karein — Mutton ko paani, khade masale aur namak ke saath boil karein. Jab meat tender ho jaye, toh isko alag kar ke stock yaani yakhni alag rakh lein. 

2️⃣ Masala Base — Ek pan mein ghee garam karein, usme sliced onion fry karein jab tak golden na ho jaye. 

3️⃣ Dahi ka Swad — Dahi ko ache se phent kar pan mein daalein, saunf powder, sonth, hing aur haldi mix karein.
