- Garam masala — 1 tsp
- Biryani masala — 2 tbsp
- Adrak lahsun paste — 2 tbsp
- Hari mirch — 2 (chopped)
- Hara dhaniya aur pudina — 1 cup (chopped)
- Namak — as per taste
- Lemon juice — 1 tbsp
- Fried onions — 1 cup
Rice ke liye:
- Basmati rice — 500 gm (soaked for 30 mins)
- Water — for boiling
- Tej patta — 2
- Badi elaichi — 2
- Laung — 4–5
- Dalchini — 1 stick
- Namak — as per taste
Dum ke liye:
- Fried onions — ½ cup
- Hara dhaniya & pudina — thoda aur
- Kesar — 2 tbsp milk mein bhigo ke
- Ghee — 2 tbsp
- Atta — for sealing lid

📍 Step 1: Chicken marinate karo
Sabse pehle chicken ko saare marinade ingredients ke saath acche se mix karo. Cover karke 2–4 ghante fridge mein rakh do. Agar raat bhar rakho toh aur bhi tasty banega!
📍 Step 2: Rice ko half cook karo
Ek bade patile mein paani ubal lo. Usme sab khade masale daalo aur namak bhi. Ab soaked rice daal kar 70% tak pakao. Fir chaan lo aur side mein rakh do.

Ek heavy bottom handi ya pateela lo.
- Neeche thoda ghee lagao, marinated chicken ka layer daalo.
- Uske upar ek layer rice ki.

- Aise 2–3 layers banao, last top pe rice, fried onions aur kesar daalo.

- Pehle 10 mins high flame
- Fir 20–25 mins low flame par
