  • Mint leaves — a handful
  • Oil — 2 tbsp
  • Ghee — 1 tbsp
  • Saffron — few strands in 2 tbsp milk (optional)

🥘 Step 1: Rice ko boil karo

  1. Ek patile mein paani ubalo.
  2. Usme daalein tej patta, elaichi, long, dalchini aur thoda namak.
  3. Soaked basmati rice daal kar 80% tak paka lein (rice thoda firm ho).
  4. Pani chhan kar side mein rakh dein.

  1. Boiled eggs mein thoda namak aur mirch powder lagayein.
